This website is hosted on a dedicated VPS (Virtual Private Server) located in Europe, operated through IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). Data is processed exclusively within the EU. Additional data processor: Google LLC (Google Analytics) – only active with your consent.

6. Retention Period

Contact form data is deleted after the completion of the inquiry and after the expiry of any statutory retention periods (maximum 7 years). Analytics data is stored according to settings in Google Analytics.

7. Your Rights

You generally have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection regarding your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you have the option of complaining to the competent supervisory authority.

9. Third Country Transfer

Google Analytics transfers data to the USA. Google LLC has submitted to the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Hosting takes place exclusively within the EU — no third-country transfer occurs through the hosting provider.
